Return & Refund Policy

At Davudiee, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must first contact us at support@davudiee.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary return shipping instructions.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original condition and original packaging (including tags).
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order may have already entered the shipping process and cannot be canceled.
