1. The 4-Hour Modification Window
We offer a 4-hour window after placing an order to make adjustments or cancellations. This is the only period during which we can modify your order details before it enters our automated production and fulfillment system.
To request a change within 4 hours, you can:
- Email our support team at support@davudiee.com
- Submit a ticket through our “Contact Us” page.
- Include your Order Number and the specific change requested.
2. Address Accuracy Responsibility
Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address is complete and accurate, including:
- Recipient’s Full Name
- Correct Street Name and Apartment/Suite Number
- Accurate City, State, and ZIP Code
3. Address-Related Delivery Issues
Davudiee is not liable for failed deliveries, lost packages, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
4. Final Sale Confirmation
After the 4-hour window has passed, the order is considered final. At this stage, we are unable to intercept, cancel, or modify the shipping destination as the package is already being processed by our logistics partners.
